This page is a tribute to our Mum, Nanny and Wife, Jill James who lost her three-week battle with pancreatitis on the 12th July 2020. We have set up this memorial, to find some comfort in the fact that in our darkness we may be able to seek some positive change by supporting the charity, Guts UK. They are the only UK charity supporting research fellowships into this terrible illness.

We have watched over the last month, the problems that doctors face on the front line as there is currently no cure to pancreatitis and very little understanding of how the inflammation starts. The amazing team of clinicians at the Glan Clwyd Hospital were unable to work out what caused Jill's severe case, however, through this page we hope that our friends across the world may be able to help others in the future who are in the same situation. 

We are broken by our loss and will cherish our memories forever, how could anyone ever forget Jill? Use this page as much as you like to share your own memories and photos- it is comforting to hear everyones kind words and thoughts.
